CHICKEN SAUSAGE, OLIVE AND JALAPENO PUFFS

Once in a while you have something which you put together and the result is good, or should I say great.

Life is also like that, put a few good ingredients, a little smile, a kind gesture, a ray of hope and you have a good life for yourselves, and also for others!!!

I rolled out a puff pastry sheet by the recipe of http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NBGNIRheFsg   Youtube has been a boon lately.  There are so many easy to do videos.  You just have to go through them and you could just find out all kinds of recipes.

For the Filling :-
10 mini chicken sausages
10 olives
5 jalapeno slices
1 onion
3/4 flakes garlic
1 tbspn - chilli garlic sauce
1 tbspn - ketchup
1/4 cup - grated cheese (mozerella)

Recipe

Chop the sausages after trimming the edges.  Chop them small pcs
Deseed the olives and chop them fine
Chop the jalapenoes fine
In a pan, add some oil, and saute the garlic and the onions
Add the olives, jalapenoes and sausages.
Fry well for about 2 mins
Then add the sauces.
Switch off the gas and after the mixture cools down add the cheese

Cut the pastry sheets into squares of the size you want the puffs to be.
Put the filling on one side of the puff and fold the edge over .
Preheat the oven and once youve made all the puffs just lightly oil the tray and put the puffs on them
Brush the puff tops with milk or beaten egg to get a lovely glaze

Bake for about 15-20 mins till golden brown.

The end result was delicious cheesy puffs.
