salt to taste

Method -
In a kadai add some oil. When hot, add the onions & fry till pink in colour.
Add the green chillies & mix well
Crumble the paneer & add into the kadai.
Mix well & let cook till any moisture evaporates
Sprinke the salt & garam masala & stir till mixed properly.
lastly add the finely chopped corrainder leaves & stir till everything is combined.

Serve with hot rotis.

Mona - do try. It is really nice curry.

Shirisha - it goes fabulously with rotis or parathas, or even stuffed in sandwiches.

Lakshmi - very, very easy

Sunita - the corrianders add a real subtle flavor to the dish & I even add a handful of peas sometimes.
